Alf Theodorou
Alf is an international healthcare expert in quality assessment, measurement and improvement with a background in epidemiology and 18 years of experience across public and private healthcare and health insurance. Alf founded NewCourse Healthcare in 2018.
Dr Peter Mills
Peter is an experienced clinician and healthcare executive with a unique blend of high level commercial and direct clinical practice experience. He has 30+ years' experience in direct patient care as a respiratory consultant in the UK NHS and extensive experience of the heath insurance and health-tech sector.
Ram Rajaraman
Ram is an experienced senior leader, expert in data, analytics, AI and governance, with over 16 years experience in digital transformation in the hospital and healthcare industry including health-tech. Founder of Sustainable Analytics, a specialist decision architecture practice working at the frontier of AI strategy and NHS operational transformation.
Martina Wright
Martina is an experienced chief risk and clinical governance officer and registered nurse with over 20 years experience of managing clinical complaints, incidents and compliance / accreditation.
Fodi Kyriakos
Fodi is a healthcare workforce specialist with over 20 years of experience in workforce and staffing solutions, particularly within diagnostic imaging and oncology across bothpublic and private healthcare systems.
Edward Parkes
Edward is an experienced transformation consultant, with over 20 years' experience in organisational effectiveness, leadership, strategy co-design and culture: the human dimensions of change, through to the more targeted work on service or pathway redesign and improvement.
Nick Holding
Nick is an experienced healthcare improvement specialist with 25 years’ experience leading improvement and change across the UK NHS at local and national level. An Organisational Psychologist and executive coach, with expertise in behavioural science, organisational development, and quality management.
Ed Cox
Ed is an experienced health and care leader specialising in value-based healthcare, integrated care and system-level health strategy. In over 15 years in the sector he has worked across physical and mental health, primary, community and secondary care, commissioning, and public, third sector and private institutions.
Jim Lane
Jim is a healthcare specialist, with more than 20 years experience using data to generate insights through modelling and analysis - helping leaders make informed operational and strategic decisions. His experience spans the NHS, private healthcare (UK and international) and life sciences.
