Quality Improvement

Building capability and confidence
to drive change

Starting by understanding you as an organisation, “Fundamentals” builds capacity and capability within your existing resources through a cyclical approach.

At all stages, feedback from staff, data on performance and review of progress against goals, allows adjustments to the approach to be made and starts preparation for future cycles (of improvement).

We build sustainability into the programme from the start, developing staff and leadership capability and reducing reliance on our support.  All efforts focus on strengthening the connections between leadership and staff to develop a positive change culture across the organisation

Please note, this programme can be configured to meet your individual requirement, all the core content below can be run as individual programmes of training or in combination with specific elements as part of a learning programme.
